By accessing or using PulseBoard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

PulseBoard is a cryptocurrency price tracking web application that displays real-time and near-real-time price information for various cryptocurrencies. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

PulseBoard does not require user registration or account creation. The Service uses browser-based identification to manage trial access and Pro features.

• All payments are processed securely through Shopify
• Prices are in USD
• All sales are final; refunds are provided at our sole discretion
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; existing Pro users are not affected by price changes

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from the Service
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit price data obtained from the Service
• Circumvent trial limitations or abuse the Pro code system
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to build a competing product

All content, design, code, and branding associated with PulseBoard are owned by PulseBoard and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without explicit written permission.

The Service does NOT provide:

• Financial advice
• Investment recommendations
• Trading signals
• Tax or legal guidance

Cryptocurrency prices displayed are sourced from third-party APIs and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. You should not make financial decisions based solely on information displayed in PulseBoard.

Always do your own research and consult qualified financial professionals before making investment decisions.

• Price data is sourced from third-party providers including CoinGecko
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data
• Data may be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable at any time
• We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the data displayed

• PulseBoard is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• We are not liable for any financial losses incurred based on information displayed in the Service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Pro access ($4.99 USD)

• We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uptime
• The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice

• We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice
• You may stop using the Service at any time
• Pro codes may be invalidated if these Terms are violated

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
